What I know from my former corporate jobs and current coaching work is that who we are is how we lead. All leadership starts from within and is necessary to create a thriving life and career while making the most positive impact on the world around us.

Inner leadership is how we lead ourselves in our inner worlds – our thoughts, emotions, physiology, energy, and our will. It is about self-awareness, self-knowledge, self-management, and self-improvement, all critical aspects to achieving our greatest potential and being our best selves.

I utilize personality and wellbeing assessments in my coaching curriculum.

Inner leadership is how we lead ourselves in our inner worlds – our thoughts, emotions, physiology, energy, and our will. It is about self-awareness, self-knowledge, self-management, and self-improvement, all critical aspects to achieving our greatest potential and being our best selves.

Working with Dionne, through our partnership with Saroca, on our leadership development program for women and members of underrepresented communities has been one of the best decisions for the success of our program. Dionne is a versatile coach and she is able to read and meet people where they are to ensure that they get the support that they need. Lead with purpose

I have been a perfectionist myself and have worked with so, so many high-performing, high-achieving executives and entrepreneurs who struggle with overwhelm; burnout; playing small in meetings and being afraid to speak up; ruminating on the 1% they got wrong on a project for weeks and therefore unable to celebrate the 99% they knocked out the park; while also seeing themselves as failures because they fed their kids pizza two nights in a row or worry about planning the “perfect” family trip that they then aren’t fully present for anyway. It doesn’t have to be this way. I can help.

I coach women to be the type of leaders who lead from a place of self-compassion and a healthy sense of self-worth to experience more joy, peace, purpose, and possibility. Purpose-driven leaders who are kinder to themselves can create safe spaces for others to show up as their highest and best while also being human and imperfect. They believe “I am enough” despite whatever challenges they face or when their inner critic gets loud.
