Coaching

Range

As a coach, I work with individuals and corporate teams to transform their professional and personal trajectory

Even – or especially – entrepreneurs, C-level executives and other high-performing employees can struggle to define and achieve career and personal goals once reaching a certain level. This is not a failure, although they too often view it as such. Instead, I offer personal coaching and leadership development to change the dynamic so that leaders and corporate teams can identify obstacles, gain clarity, create plans, bolster communications, and shed old patterns to leap forward in their companies.

My coaching range is extensive and accessible to anyone ready to embrace improvement.

I offer individual coaching, group leadership development, workshops and the new Conquering Unforgiveness Journal for High-Performing High Achievers.

the common trends

Forgiveness Work in the Workplace

In my work with leaders and founders around the world, I have observed a common thread: as humans, we are really hard on ourselves. Lack of self-compassion was a common pattern holding them back. In fact, a study showed that self-compassion is the #1 blind spot of 1300 leaders and founders assessed around the world.

Another study shows that Forgiveness increases emotional intelligence and 58% of job performance is based on Emotional Intelligence. This is why it is so important for leaders and corporations to invest in coaching, trainings, and a journal that infuses forgiveness with leadership development.

it's all in the data

forgiveness is good business

Cultivating a practice of forgiveness in the workplace increases emotional intelligence, which:

  • Creates psychologically safe environments where people feel they have the permission to bring their authentic selves (responsibly, of course).
  • Encourages employees at all levels to speak up, take risks, and make mistakes, which creates rich ground for successful and innovative teams.
  • Fosters a growth mindset through self-compassion by positively dealing with setbacks and moving forward.
  • Leads to better decision-making, increased focus and creativity, happier and more productive teams, higher employee retention, lower absenteeism, and so much more.
  • Reduces stress by 74% and increases productivity by 50% as it allows co-workers to quickly and peacefully resolve conflict.

The bottom line: forgiveness is good business.
