The story behind the journal

Leaving behind a two-decade corporate career as a single mom at 40, I founded Live Your Best Life for You, driven by a sense that there was a greater calling for me. Believing in the universal potential for anyone, at any age or stage, to reinvent their life, I embarked on a mission to guide others through their unique transformative journeys, with forgiveness as the guiding principle.

Navigating betrayal and heartache with my son’s father, forgiveness became the cornerstone of our co-parenting transformation. This experience not only led to collaborative projects, including a youth program and a successful podcast, impacting thousands, but also facilitated the reconnection with my estranged father and the creation of a joyous life with my current husband.

Amid the pandemic, I felt compelled to share my story and assist those facing adversity. This inspired the creation of the “Conquering Unforgiveness Mastermind,” The 90-Day Conquering Unforgiveness Journal, and now, The Conquering Unforgiveness Movement.
