I love sharing my coaching and transformational leadership experiences with audiences and discussing my work and story. I am known for inspiring and motivating people from global corporations to schools in some of the most under-resourced areas of the country. 

Leaving my 20-year corporate career as a single mom at 40, I founded Live Your Best Life for You. Now, as a keynote speaker, I share a compelling story of forgiveness and reinvention. Believing that anyone can transform their life at any age, I guide audiences to embrace forgiveness and self-discovery.

My personal journey navigated challenges with my son’s father, such as betrayal, other women, and even a secret child. With extensive inner work lead by forgiveness, we were able to reconnect as co-parents for the sake of our son and even create a successful business and podcast together!

Through my keynotes, I aim to inspire others to embark on their unique paths of positive change and fulfillment.

Another pinch me ‘am I dreaming moment’! I had the privilege of teaching my Conquering Unforgiveness Mastermind at NYU to the parents of the students of NYU STEM program. So many firsts!! The first time having MEN, FATHERS and COUPLES go through my program. I think about the rippling healing this will have exponentially and generationally when fathers are teaching their boys healthier ways to resolve conflict. Couples using these tools of forgiveness with each other how that will positively impact relationships. Let’s just say…I’m excited for the future!
